Helen has a rare gift for embracing the practical and mundane with skilful insight, which shed light into the places where it mattered most. She addressed some long-term, intractable niggles that had been sapping my precious life force over a long period of time. I felt liberated and found my full energy available once again.Marie, Highgate

I’ve seen the positive and transformative effects that decluttering has had on my clients’ lives. I understand that decluttering not only meets a person’s need for physical organisation, but also for emotional and spiritual order. Using great empathy and understanding I support people all over north London to restore their inner calm by showing them how to declutter and create wellbeing, peace and order in their home.
